We are looking to hire Teacher Assistants in our Toddler, Two Year Old, Preschool and PreK classrooms. Duties Assist classroom teachers with implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and social skills. Manage classroom behavior by applying positive behavior interventions and supporting classroom management techniques to promote a respectful learning environment. Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and adapt lesson plans, classroom activities, and behavior plans that support student success. Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting early childhood development activities such as toddler care or preschool routines. Qualifications Experience working with children in early childhood education settings or special education classrooms. Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members, parents, and specialists.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
