As a paraprofessional, you'll work closely with classroom teachers, providing essential instructional assistance and modeling positive behavior for students. The position consists of a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 35 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two unpaid 15-minute breaks each day.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Illinois Paraprofessional certification is required Prior experience supporting elementary students in a school setting Familiarity with providing support for challenging behaviors Comfort assisting with toileting and personal care needs Ability to adapt and contribute positively within a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Primary Responsibilities Include:
