KinderCare is seeking Assistant Teachers to support our early childhood classrooms, helping nurture each child's growth in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you'll assist lead teachers with age-appropriate lessons, play-based learning, and daily routines, while ensuring children's safety and well-being. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities. Supervise children to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior. Assist with classroom setup, cleanliness, and organization of materials. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families. Follow health, safety, and reporting procedures and policies. Support individualized learning and developmental goals for each child. Assist with meals, transitions, and daily routines.
