Primary Instructional Assistant The Project School - 5.0 Bloomington, IN Job Details Full-time $17 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Working with students with special education needs IEP implementation Full Job Description This position provides an opportunity to work with experienced, exemplary teachers in a multi-age, project based, and literacy focused environment. The instructional assistant will gain experiences and responsibilities with reader's workshop, writer's workshop, various math programs, small group interventions, and project based curriculum. This position will require flexibility and the ability to support a student with individual education plan (IEP) in an inclusion environment. The Instructional Assistant will serve in supervision, instructional support, and some clerical roles. Experience with and/or a commitment to: a collaborative culture a strong inclusive model a multi-age classroom continuous personal and professional growth a strong work ethic creativity and innovation in education social justice and equity innovative and interdisciplinary curriculum development and instruction working with integrity and with moral and ethical purpose infusion of the arts working from an assets-based view of children, families, and communities The hours required for this position are as follows:
