In this role, you will foster a nurturing, safe, and positive learning environment for children from Infants to Pre - Kindergarten If you love working with children, value strong partnerships with parents, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Must have prior experience as a classroom teacher working with children in a licensed childcare center.
Lead Potty Training:
Actively assist, guide, and encourage toddlers through the potty training process using positive reinforcement and patience.
Maintain Potty Schedules:
Establish and follow consistent bathroom routines and schedules tailored to individual child needs and parent preferences.
Licensing & Health:
• Must meet all requirements stipulated by the Kansas state licensing agency. Must follow all Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) health assessment guidelines.
Soft Skills:
• An absolute passion for early childhood development. An ability to relate positively and professionally to fellow teachers, management, and parents.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to ensure child safety, facilitate programs, and handle potential emergency situations.
Standards & Ongoing Training:
