Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young learners. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards Support children's learning and play activities, encouraging participation and social interaction Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and accessibility for all children Provide attentive supervision during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring children's safety at all times Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being Collaborate with team members to observe and document children's progress, sharing insights to support individualized learning plans Assist with classroom routines such as circle time, story reading, and transitions between activities Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification or training in first aid and CPR is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is expected Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and team members Join us to help shape young minds in a lively, supportive environment where your passion for teaching makes a difference every day!
