Purpose:

Ensure center compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, supervise children during all activities and individualize classroom instruction to prepare participating children to be successful in school.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist and supervise children during all activities. Develop and maintain positive communication with parents. Assist and participate in developing classroom activities. Implement appropriate behavior management techniques.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with young children. Child Development Associate or equivalent preferred; or willingness to obtain CDA 18 years or older.
