9576250-70001 Job Description Bring your expertise and dedication to support students in an engaging school environment as a Paraprofessional Facilitator for the 2026-2027 school year in the vibrant New Orleans area. This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to play a key role in virtual academic services, working alongside speech-language pathologists or school psychologists to make a meaningful impact every day. Youll be part of an innovative team supporting learners in a virtual setting, with a weekday schedule totaling 35 hours per week (7 hours per day, plus a 30-minute lunch). Your placement and caseload will be determined, but you can expect to work with a range of age groups, providing crucial classroom and learning support to students with diverse needs.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associates Degree, OR at least 48 completed semester credit hours, OR a ParaPro assessment score of 450+ Experience in special education classroom settings is required Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to facilitate virtual learning and follow guidance from certified professionals Successful completion of required district credentialing, including a drug screen and fingerprinting

Role Responsibilities:
