Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support and guidance to an assigned elementary student throughout the school day Implement accommodation plans and behavior strategies under the direction of special education and classroom teachers Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for learning and social development Proactively assist the student with academic tasks, social skills, and participation in classroom activities Communicate observations, progress, and concerns to appropriate school staff Model and encourage appropriate behaviors, reinforcing positive choices This role follows a convenient Monday through Friday schedule, working onsite from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week during the academic calendar.
