Primary Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in daily classroom activities, adapting lessons to meet individual student needs Provide direct, hands-on support to students, including those with behavioral or learning differences Help create an encouraging, safe learning environment for all students Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and support staff Monitor student progress and report observations to team members Foster independence and confidence in students through positive reinforcement The role offers 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, making it ideal for those seeking regular daytime hours within a school-community setting.
