Job Description

Monday - Friday, 15-35 hours per week (Flexible range of hrs) Montessori Assistant Teacher Concord Montessori School is currently looking for an Assistant Teacher (floater) for our 2026-2027 School year. We offer a supportive and nurturing environment, ideal for individuals dedicated to fostering independence in young learners. For the right candidate, this position can be available immediately for training.

Position Details:

10-month school year with paid holidays and school vacation weeks

Key Qualifications:

Patience and a caring attitude towards young children ages 1.9 - 6 years Experience working in a classroom, home setting, or parenting young children Efficiency in daily classroom cleaning and maintenance Responsive to the needs of children Strong communication skills Supportive of Lead Teacher's efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

EEC preschool certification for preschool Montessori experience or certification Applicants with cover letters prioritized We value maturity, a positive disposition and loving interactions with our students and staff.
