Monday-Friday, Variable Hours Based on Program Schedule and Enrollment, 2:30pm- 6:00pm. (Early Release Days 12:30

- Promote and model positive behavior for students that supports a safe, inclusive environment.
- Oversee daily operations of programs including attendance, dismissal, student engagement, supervision, and communication.
- Uphold health and safety standards, program quality and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of student and family information
- Support the social and emotional development of all students
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with students, families and colleagues
- Communicate in a professional and respectful manner at all times
- Uphold the values of the FACE organization in all program operations Program Assistant Requirements
- Strong to attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exercise sound judgement in decision making
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service through active engagement with students and families
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work collaboratively with a team
- Adaptable to the changing needs of the programs
- Participation in required medical trainings (CPR, First Aid & EpiPen)
- Completion of 5 hours of job-related professional development
- Prior childcare experience of 1 year preferred
