Qualifications:

Valid Para credential or certification (required) Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Ability to effectively support middle school-aged students Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Dependability, flexibility, and a proactive approach

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in implementing classroom lessons and daily routines Provide one-on-one or small group support for students as directed Help manage classroom behavior, maintaining a positive learning environment Adapt instructions or activities to meet varied student needs Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress, if needed Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
