Immediately Job Description Littleville Elementary Inclusion Instructional Assistant While working with individual students or in small groups, the instructional assistant will provide the following: Help students complete classroom assignments Assist teacher with the implementation of lesson plans Help create a calm and respectful classroom environment Manage student behaviors by teaching/reinforcing problem solving skills and providing de-escalation techniques Regularly communicate with teachers and other school staff regarding academic, social and behavioral progress. Salary range: $17.97-$28.75, dependent upon education, experience, and placement.
