Job Description

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Teacher's Aide position to join our Child Development Center team in Lancaster.

Pay Range:

$16-$17.72

Who We Seek:

We seek a dynamic Teacher Aide to work as a professional partner with the classroom teacher to provide instruction and guidance to students to assist their academic, social, and emotional development. You will assist in creating a developmentally appropriate curriculum according to guidelines established by the Child Development Center and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). You will incorporate strategic plans, policies, and values (TEACH Principles).

Shift:

Part-Time 22hrs a week.

Who You Are

You are an energetic, caring team player who loves nurturing children to help them learn and grow.

Specific qualifications include:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • EEC Teacher certified preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
