1 Position Overview A Needham preschool is seeking a dedicated School Aide / Paraprofessional to support a substantially separate preschool classroom serving students with significant needs. This role requires a candidate who is confident and prepared to work with this population from day one.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

8:30 AM - 3:15

PM Friday:

8:30 AM - 11:45 AM Hours per

Week:

Approximately 30 Responsibilities Support students in a substantially separate preschool classroom Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and behavior support Provide individualized support to students with significant learning and developmental needs Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Requirements Minimum Experience/Certification:

Special Education experience required Ability to work effectively with students with significant needs Strong communication and teamwork skills

Minimum Requirements:
