Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Help with student supervision and ensure their safety
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement curriculum
- Assist in assessing student progress and documenting observations
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Ability to work collaboratively with a lead teacher and other staff members
- Experience working with children in a childcare or preschool setting is a plus
