Full Job Description Position Summary:
Provides instructional, organizational, and student support to the North Quincy High School ROTC program under the direction of the ROTC instructor(s) and school administration. Supports students in the classroom and during ROTC-related activities while helping maintain an organized, safe, and positive learning environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist ROTC instructors with classroom activities, student supervision, and instructional support.

Provide individual and small-group assistance to students as directed by the ROTC instructors.

Support the organization and preparation of instructional materials, equipment, uniforms, and program activities.

Assist with student accountability, attendance, transitions, and routine administrative tasks.

Support ROTC activities, events, drills, ceremonies, and other program-related activities as assigned.

Reinforce school and program expectations for student conduct, responsibility, teamwork, and respect.

Communicate relevant student needs or concerns to the ROTC instructors and appropriate school personnel.

Perform other related duties as assigned by school administration or the supervising ROTC instructor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience working with high school students preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, ROTC instructors, administrators, and families.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
