You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to elementary school-aged students Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect data and track student progress Collaborate with educators and clinical staff Create a supportive, respectful, and motivating learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional / behavior technician Experience working with adolescents or in school-based settings preferred Reliable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication, teamwork skills, and toileting included Ability to commit to a consistent Monday-Friday schedule

Minimum Requirements:
