Job Description
Wareham Public Schools is seeking one Permanent Intermittent (PI) Substitute Paraprofessional for the 20262027 school year. The successful candidate will provide daily support in classrooms at Wareham Middle School by assisting students and staff in the absence of regularly assigned paraprofessionals. Assignments may vary by grade level and program based on needs.
The Substitute Paraprofessional will provide assistance to students assigned to numerous educational settings. The Substitute Paraprofessional will work directly with the classroom teacher in a variety of settings. The PI Substitute Paraprofessional will be responsible for the following: Perform duties as assigned by the classroom teacher Supervise students as assigned by the administration/classroom teacher• Any duties assigned by the principal or assistant principal.•
