Woburn, MA Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Teacher's Assistant to support classroom operations at an early childhood education center in Woburn, MA. This role involves assisting lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.Schedule:
Typical hours: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM
- 6:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities Support the implementation of lesson plans and educational programs Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and families Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulationsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. EEC certification is a plus but not required. Current immunizations and physical. A team-oriented approach with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in early childhood education. Must be capable of lifting 50lbs without assistance.
