Assistant Sewing Instructor

Responsibilities Assist in preparing sewing classrooms and materials for daily lessons and special projects Support the lead instructor in delivering comprehensive sewing instruction, including basic techniques and advanced skills Help manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe, organized, and inclusive environment for all students Maintain clean and organized sewing stations, tools, and supplies to promote safety and efficiency Contribute to curriculum development by providing feedback on lesson plans and student progress Support students with special needs or early childhood education requirements, adapting teaching methods as necessary Experience Basic Sewing Experience Classroom experience or teaching background, especially working with children or adults in educational settings is a plus Experience managing classroom behavior and fostering positive engagement among students Familiarity with working with children Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages Join us to nurture creativity through sewing while making a meaningful impact on our community's learners!
