You'll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing & accreditation standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment Document learning experience through displays, observations and assessments Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis Plans games and engages in activities with school age children Qualifications Must be flexible, motivated, love children and eager to learn Must enjoy being outside Strong verbal communication skills Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality Shows initiative; strong work ethic 45 hour course in Curriculum/ 45 hour course in Child Development/ 45 hour School Age course preferred but not necessary This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
