As a float teacher, you'll support multiple classrooms and age groups throughout the day. You'll help foster a calm, safe, and loving environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and physically. You're kind, patient, and playful - ready to sing songs, read stories, and truly enjoy your day. You're a team player who communicates openly and helps create a safe, caring space. You're able to lift up to 30 pounds and get down to the children's level throughout the day. You're CPR & First Aid Certified, or willing to obtain. Education & Experience We welcome a range of backgrounds! Any of the following is helpful: BA/BS in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required) AA/AS in Early Childhood or related field Child Development Associate (CDA)

Daily Responsibilities:

Follow the lead teacher's instructions consistently within the classroom setting. Execute the planned activities as scheduled. Engage in play, singing, and reading sessions with children. Assist with diapering, mealtimes, and nap routines. Keep daily records of diapering, feeding, and sleeping activities. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Communicate openly and warmly with families. Most importantly, cherish and enjoy your special moments with the children.
