Requirements Prior experience working with young children in early childhood education settings or classroom environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom behavior management techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is required or must be obtained upon hire. Strong organizational skills for proofreading materials and maintaining accurate records.
