Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs will be considered Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches for a diverse caseload of children

What Youll Do:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collect and document student progress toward therapy goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and social success Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning Offer guidance and training to staff and caregivers as needed
