Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working with school-aged children in a professional setting Preferably 2+ years of prior school-based paraprofessional experience Ability to adapt to various classroom environments across grades K-12 Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers and students Flexibility and a positive, supportive attitude
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support for K-12 students Work individually or with small groups to reinforce learning concepts Support students' educational, behavioral, and social-emotional goals Help implement lesson plans and classroom activities as directed Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning space Adapt to different assignments as needed throughout the school calendar This contract position begins August 31st, 2026, and continues as needed during standard school calendar dates.
