We're looking for a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high-quality, play-based classroom that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond. As an Associate Teacher, you'll: Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum Assist in observing and assessing children's development using approved tools Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom Build positive relationships with children and families Participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development We're seeking compassionate, curious, and committed educators who are eager to make a lasting impact.
Candidates should bring:
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (Or a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a plan to complete an associate degree) Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements Team player with a passion for early childhood education Learning Care Group, Inc. is North America's second-largest for-profit childcare provider and a leader in early childhood education.
