Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team and assist in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and supporting children's development.

Duties:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Support children with diverse needs, including those with autism
• Help with behavior management and creating a positive learning atmosphere
• Aid in curriculum development and preparation of educational materials

• Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress
