Preferred qualifications:

Two years of college or Associate's (or higher) degree or confirmation of passing the MTTC basic skills test or WorkKeys Experience with students with limited English language proficiency General understanding of special education and autism Experience working with students age 4-10 Minimal qualifications: Must complete fingerprinting required by Michigan State Licensing and the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Proven team player who works well with other educators Key responsibilities: Maintain a safe, positive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers and staff Assist students with limited English proficiency Implement strategies for special education students Standard school hours for this role.
