Qualifications:
MUST BE FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKER
Requirements:
1. Ability to follow lesson plans and lead small groups (support on or above level students). 2. Ability to provide behavior supports calmly and effectively. 3. Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly in a changing environment. 4. Ability to work under the supervision of certified staff. 5. Ability to assist in implementing/monitoring behavior plans and ability to redirect behaviors. 6. Ability to provide support and accommodations in classrooms. 7. Ability to assist in any other miscellaneous functions as required by building administrator. 8. Ability to manage multiple transitions of students and materials between classrooms on a daily basis. 9. Flexibility with a changing schedule. 10. Assist with collecting data, keeping records, and managing files. 11. Build relationships with students. 12. Support structure and routine. 13. Provide sensory breaks as appropriate. 14. Partner with building administrator and support staff for ongoing training and coaching. 15.
