Responsibilities:
- Guide and oversee young children as they play and learn in a forest environment
- Provide early intervention and support for students with special needs or learning difficulties
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure children feel well cared for and appreciated
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare, preschool, or kindergarten setting
- Knowledge of Reggio inspired, play-based, and outdoor education
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
