1 on 1 Paraprofessional

One-on-One Paraprofessional Part-time position: hours to be determined by building principal. School year position.

Must possess an Associates (or higher) degree, or have two years of college (60 credits), or have successfully passed the ETS Paraprofessional exam. Must possess a friendly, positive attitude. Excellent work performance, dependability, and confidentiality are required. Self-motivated, positive, team-oriented individual willing to work with students and staff. Ability to pass a criminal background and unprofessional conduct background checks. Skills & Position Requirements Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Provide in-classroom one on one or small group instructional support Observe and document student progress as directed Communicate student progress with classroom teachers Act as a representative of the district when greeting and dealing with parents, community members, vendors, students, and employees. Regular dependable attendance is a critical performance factor to ensure high quality customer service. Other responsibilities as needed. Posting open through April 3, 2026, or until filled.
