What We're Looking For:
Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact in the lives of young learners? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic GSRP Assistant Teacher for our 4-year-olds to join our growing team! Minimum of a CDA Required!
Responsibilities:
Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons aligned with GSRP curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Assist with classroom management and daily routines Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members Maintain documentation, assessments, and records as required Participate in professional development and training opportunities Adhere to state licensing requirements and maintain compliance with QA standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential required (preschool) Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred Knowledge of GSRP (Great Start Readiness Program) guidelines is a plus Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and emergencies.
