Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum focused on literacy, math, social skills, and early childhood development. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies aligned with best practices. Supervise children during activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school connections. Use educational technologies and computers to enhance learning experiences and track student progress effectively. Maintain compliance with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) standards, educational regulations, and childcare licensing requirements. Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop lesson plans, share insights on individual student needs, and support classroom goals. Experience Prior experience working with young children in classroom settings or childcare environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, including working with individuals with disabilities or autism. Experience managing classroom behavior and implementing behavior management techniques successfully. Familiarity with early childhood education standards, including the ESSA framework and educational compliance regulations. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Proficiency in using educational technologies and computers to support teaching activities. Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
