We have protocols more stringent than state requirements to ensure the safety of all our faculty and students. Our early childhood assistant teachers are responsible for helping to coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes. To assist teachers to plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with lead teachers, children, and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Meets background check eligibility
• CPR/First Aid Certified (30 days after hire to complete)
• Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency first-aid procedures, program management, and customer service principles
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
• Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
• Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
