We're a child-led, play-based program that encourages independence, hands-on learning, creativity, and lots of outdoor exploration. You'll work alongside our Lead Teacher to support daily activities, classroom routines, and create a fun, nurturing environment where children feel safe and excited to learn. We're looking for someone who is playful, patient, dependable, and genuinely loves engaging with young children through songs, stories, activities, and plenty of silliness! What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus. Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred. Warm, playful, patient, and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children. Energetic and comfortable singing, reading, being silly, getting on the floor to play, and spending lots of time outdoors. Dependable, flexible, and able to work closely alongside the Lead Teacher. Understanding of child development and child-led, play-based learning is a plus. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude with children, families, and coworkers. CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified. Must meet all required state background check and childcare requirements.
