Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will support their growth and development through engaging activities and individualized attention. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, and possess a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Duties Provide a safe, nurturing, Christian environment for all children. Supervise children during activities to ensure safety and engagement. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress as needed. Engage in play-based learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and work ethic-team player is a must. Experience working with children in daycare settings or similar environments is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Experience with infant care and toddler care is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. A genuine love for working with children and fostering their growth.
