Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and work ethic-team player is a must. Experience working with children in daycare settings or similar environments is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Experience with infant care and toddler care is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
