Key Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one and in small groups with middle school students, interpreting and facilitating communication using ASL. Support teachers in providing classroom instruction and ensuring accessibility for all students. Assist with student engagement, classroom activities, and hands-on learning. Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters. Collaborate with staff and parents to support student learning and progress.

Your Qualifications:

High school diploma required; able to provide high school or college transcripts upon hire. Must be fluent in American Sign Language. Prior experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to supporting students educational and social development.
