Job Description

NOW HIRING FOR THE 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR!
Enrich programming is for students with developmental delays who need daily assistance with academic and daily living skills. We are hiring for an elementary school classroom.
Duties:
  • Assist in implementing behavior management strategies for children with special needs
  • Provide support and assistance to children in a classroom setting
  • Help create and implement curriculum development activities for students
  • Support the lead teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with developmental delay or other special needs
  • Assist with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and toileting
  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience and understanding when working with children with special needs
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with curriculum development for school-aged children
  • Experience working in a school or childcare facility preferred
