Duties Handle daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with anti-fraud measures such as fraud prevention and detection protocols Maintain detailed records of all transactions using teller software.
