Job Description

This contract opportunity offers immediate start dates and the chance to impact young learners in specialized programs including resource, Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) centerbase, and Ready Set LAUNCH centerbase. Qualifications:
Highly qualified paraprofessional status, proven by: Passing the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Educator Exam, or Completion of at least 60 college credits (transcripts required for verification) Experience supporting students with special needs strongly preferred Comfort and willingness to assist with toileting and personal care tasks as needed Effective collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to a supportive team environment Strong, clear communication with students, teachers, and staff Reliable, patient, and committed to fostering inclusive learning environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Support students within resource, DCD, or Ready Set LAUNCH programming, as assigned Collaborate with educators to deliver personalized learning and behavior plans Provide encouragement, redirection, and care for students throughout the day Assist with personal care, including toileting, as part of daily routines Foster a safe, respectful, and positive classroom atmosphere Assist with classroom organization and preparation of materialsPerks and Benefits:
