Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as an Educational Support Professional (ESP/Paraprofessional) within an engaging school environment. This full-time contract opportunity offers multiple openings throughout district-wide programs, including 1:1 support, center-based classrooms, and resource programs, with positions starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. As an ESP/Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role supporting K-12 students, assisting both general and specialized classroom initiatives. Your commitment helps create a nurturing, inclusive, and academically enriching atmosphereyour work matters every day.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
State Paraprofessional Certification or fulfillment of state requirements is essential. Previous experience supporting K-12 students in 1:1 situations or specialized classroom settings highly preferred. An understanding of individualized learning plans and a passion for student success. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Reliability and professionalism for the demands of a district-wide role.
Responsibilities:
Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in various learning environments. Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions. Implement instructional strategies and activities tailored to individual student needs. Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere in all settings. Maintain accurate records and uphold program standards and confidentiality.
