Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students- Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).
Position Summary:
Becker Community Education is seeking a dynamic, positive, and energetic assistant to support summer programming beginning June 3, 2026. This part-time, seasonal position (10-15 hours per week) will assist in coordinating and delivering engaging enrichment and recreation opportunities for youth and families. We are looking for someone who is flexible, creative, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and daily operations of summer Community Education programs.
- Provide on-site support during classes, activities, and events.
- Capture photos and videos and assist in creating engaging social media content to promote programs.
- Support program setup, cleanup, and organization of materials.
- Assist with attendance tracking and general program logistics.
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, and instructors.
- May plan and teach enrichment or recreation classes based on individual strengths and interests.
- Adapt to changing needs and assist with additional duties as assigned.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to "pitch in" wherever needed.
- Creative thinking and ability to anticipate needs.
- Efficient and organized approach to tasks.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 90% of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

$17.86/hourRequirements/Licensure:
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school or college.
- Experience working with youth, recreation programs, or educational settings preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
