STARS Early Learning Academy is looking for dependable, caring, and energetic individuals to join our early childhood team! We are currently hiring for Teachers and Classroom Aides who enjoy working with young children and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented childcare environment. Position Overview As a Teacher or Classroom Aide, you will work alongside lead teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. You will help support children's learning and development through daily routines, play, activities, meals, outdoor time, and classroom experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Supervising and engaging with children throughout the day Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Assisting with meals, diapering, toileting, handwashing, and other daily care routines Participating in classroom activities, large-motor play, and outdoor activities Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Following STARS policies, procedures, and state licensing requirements Communicating effectively and working as part of a classroom team Supporting children's social-emotional development and positive behavior Schedule Our full-time positions are approximately 40 hours per week , generally Monday through Friday , with availability needed during our operating hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Patient, caring, and energetic Comfortable working with young children A strong team player Willing to learn and grow professionally Able to communicate positively and professionally with families and staff Comfortable staying active and engaged throughout the workday Previous childcare or early childhood experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in working with children and are willing to learn.
