Infant Assistant Teacher **No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays**

We are seeking a Teacher Assistant for our infant room at our Arlington Location. If you're just lacking a few hours of experience for the assistant qualifications, we'd likely be able to work with that until you have your hours in with us! We currently are offering an attendance based monthly pay incentive that adds up to $2.65/hour to all staff wages. The better your attendance, the higher the bonus! That means your wage can be at $18.90/hour if you are at your scheduled shifts! We have a great team established and hope you'll be a part of it! Assistant Teacher Position:

(1) High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalency

Experience:

2,080 hours as an aide or student intern

Education:

12 quarter credits (8 semester credits) (2) Minnesota license as a family day care or group family day care provider

Experience:

2,080 hours as a licensed family day care

Experience:

2,080 hours as a licensed family day care or group family day care provider

Education:

12 quarter credits (8 semester credits) (3) Diploma from Association Montessori International or preprimary credential, primary diploma, or provisional certificate from the

American Montessori Society Experience:

520 hours as an aide or student intern

Education:

3 quarter credits (4) Minnesota technical institute certificate as a

Child Development Assistant Experience:

520 hours as an aide or student intern

Education:

no additional required (5) Two years full-time postsecondary education from a college or university
