We're currently seeking a reliable, compassionate Support Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to grow alongside our children using a therapeutic, relationship-centered approach. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a meaningful impact while learning lifelong skills — from guiding behavior without shame, to supporting emotional development, teaching relationship repair, and understanding the "why" behind children's actions. A support teacher is not assigned to a specific classroom and is not included in the student-teacher ratio. Instead, they assist the entire team, providing supplies, guidance, and hands-on help to keep classrooms running smoothly. Support teachers are an essential part of our community and are deeply valued and appreciated! They can also step in to a specific classroom if needed to cover illness or vacation days.
