Qualifications & Certifications:

Experience as a school-based Paraprofessional or relevant role Required certifications or credentials as determined by local and state regulations Ability to connect with and support K-8th grade students across varied needs Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering individualized and group instruction Provide direct support to students in academic and behavioral growth Implement classroom strategies and adaptations as directed by certificated staff Encourage student independence while offering guidance as needed Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress Collaborate with school staff to promote student success in a charter school setting
