Assistant Teacher or Aide - Toddlers!

The Cradle Club is a collection of three family-owned-and-operated early learning centers that have provided excellent care and education to children across the Twin Cities since 1986. Through customized, compassionate care and our creative curriculum, our unique approach to foundational education surrounds daily learning with the love and laughter children need to GROW! We are currently in search of a Young Toddler Assistant Teacher to join the team at our growing Edina, MN school! In this role, you will work in partnership with your classroom's Lead Teacher to : Create a classroom atmosphere filled with laughter, learning and LOVE! Utilize your talents to help plan and carry out customized, theme-based learning activities that fit the needs and interests of the children in your classroom! (Our teachers have the opportunity to create their own curriculum using an abundance of excellent resources and robust knowledge from our teacher training! Our teachers would tell you this is one of their favorite things about us!) Communicate caringly with our incredible families regarding each child's daily growth and learning. Grow your skill set and make a lasting impact on the lives of little ones!

Education/Experience Requirements:

Applicants must be MN DHS Rule 3 Aide or Assistant Teacher qualified. Some college coursework is required Experience working with children in a licensed setting or as a student intern strongly preferred! Hourly compensation will depend on education and experience. We are happy to assist in determining qualification!
