Full Time Position Summary:
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, and under the supervision of the building principal, the Educational Associate
•Testing Center, helps oversee the testing center location and process where students receive testing accommodations. This position helps ensure students in the testing center receive the support and accommodation they need to successfully complete their assigned tests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administers tests in accordance with student testing accommodations. Collects completed tests and keeps them organized. Establishes and maintains test security protocols. Ensures that the completed tests are returned securely to the appropriate teachers. Education /
Experience Requirements:
Two years of post secondary education with a minimum of 60 credits. Proficiency in Spanish language. Experience working with diverse student group. Strong communications skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
The wage for this position ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $23.00 per hour. However, candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $23.70 per hour. For those with direct experience in this specific role, the starting rate may exceed $23.70 per hour, depending on their qualifications and experience. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
